Hello everyone, it’s that time of year and we are so happy that we can share our day at the Santa Claus Parade with you. This years Parade will features 34 floats, 20 marching bands, 2,250 volunteers. Thanks to all involved with the parade, if all involved didn’t participate this event wouldn’t be possible.
The Santa Claus Parade in Toronto for 2019 took place on November 17 and started at 12:30pm. This is the 115th year of the Parade in Toronto and it seems that every year it’s getting big in the size of parade and the crowd that it draws. So sit back and take a look through our pictures.
We were located at Yonge Street and Wellington Street East.
Some people really get in to the spirit of the parade.
This is a character from the Nutcracker we are not sure which performance that he is from.
He certainly did draw a crowd.
People were restless as they were waiting for the parade to begin. In this photo the young boy takes an opportunity to speak with a real life hero.
In this picture there are some kids running to get a picture with the Mouse King.
Then, look who decided to show up?
It’s Spider Man! Everyone had they’re cell phones out to take a picture. Children and adults can never get enough of their fictional heroes.
Here is a Fun Fact taken from Marvel’s website:
In an interview with the Chicago Tribune, Lee said he liked Spider-Man “because he's become the most famous. He's the one who's most like me - nothing ever turns out 100 percent OK; he's got a lot of problems, and he does things wrong, and I can relate to that.”

A Cadet carrying a bag of Rudolph red noses.
It not just a people event there were many people with dogs at this event to and they were just as eager for the parade to start.
And this little girl looking around wonder what the delay is for the parade.
Two women, with red noses, asking a police officer how long until the parade reaches this area.
And finally, the parade begins.
